Before you start
- Administrators can log in to the central platform and manage corporate accounts.
- The enterprise already has an available SalesEpoch product license; it is not assumed that the free package includes team member seats.
- The organization to which the team member belongs and the roles that need to be granted have been prepared.
Where to find it
Middle platform → Personal Account → Account Management; product status can be viewed in "Personal Account → Authorization Management".
Check product access status first #
Employee access includes three different levels: account is used to log in, product qualifications determine whether SalesEpoch can be used, and roles determine which functions can be accessed. Just creating an team member account does not mean that you have obtained the qualification to use the product.
Check the company's existing products, valid status and available quantity in "Authorization Management". If the authorization expires or there are no remaining qualifications, it should be processed by the administrator before being allocated to team members; this help page does not provide prices, gift quantities or renewal commitments.
Add new team member account #
- Enter "Personal Account → Account Management" and click "Add".
- Fill in the login account, nickname and password.
- Select the organization to which the team member belongs. The organization should be established in platform management first to avoid team members being assigned to the wrong team.
- The mobile phone number is an optional item in the document and should be filled in according to enterprise management requirements.
- Check account status. The account that needs to start working should use the correct activation status, the screenshot shows "normal" and "closed".
- After completing the confirmation, find the new account in the list and check the account, nickname and organization.
Qualify an account for products #
- Click "product access" in the target team member's action bar.
- Select the corresponding SalesEpoch product in the authorization list and check the valid status and available quantity.
- Execute "Authorization" to check the authorization status corresponding to the team member.
- Return to the team member list, click "role permissions", and select the required system role or enterprise-defined role.
- After confirmation, let team members log in with their own accounts and verify that there are menus and functions.
Account management also displays operations such as "account slot allocation", but this information does not fully explain its necessary conditions and configuration process. If the product can be logged in but cannot use the target account slot, the administrator should further check based on the current authorization and account slot configuration.
Acceptance based on actual work scope #
Use the team member's personal account to check: whether they can log in to SalesEpoch, whether they can see the functions required for work, and whether information that should not be open is still restricted. Do not use administrator accounts to verify team member permissions. When permission problems occur, check the account status, product qualifications and roles in sequence; if the customer number is displayed as masked, also check whether the customer service desensitization role is assigned.
Check your result
- The new team member account is found in the accounts list and is organized correctly.
- SalesEpoch product qualifications appear authorized and valid.
- Employees can use the required functions after logging in, and the information display meets the role requirements.
Frequently asked questions
Why can’t I use the product after creating an account?
First check whether product access is completed. Account creation only solves the login identity, and also requires corresponding product access; then check the account status and role.
What is the difference between product access and role permissions?
Product access determines which product to use, and role permissions determines which functions the account can use. Both need to be configured separately.
The team member cannot see the customer's complete number. Is it an account failure?
Not necessarily. If the customer service desensitization role is assigned, the desensitization number may be displayed on the client. The administrator should check the role and enterprise information visibility requirements.
According to pages 53, 54, and 55 of the "2026-SalesEpoch Operation Manual".
Menus and features may vary by client version or account access. Follow the current interface and verify critical workflows with a test account first.
