Before you start
- You have entered the client and have available product access and account slot.
- Mobile WhatsApp is logged in and working.
- The phone is operated by the user of the WhatsApp account.
Where to find it
"+" in the upper left corner of the client → WhatsApp → Scan the QR code or pair
1. First check the account and account slot #
The SocialEpoch login account is responsible for entering the product; the WhatsApp account is responsible for communicating with contacts. Each new WhatsApp connection requires an available account slot. The number of accounts in the manual corresponds to the specific purchased version, and the actual number that can be added is subject to your authorization.
Connect to one account for the first time, and then add other accounts after finishing sending and receiving messages, so that you can easily determine where the problem lies.
2. Add WhatsApp to the client #
- Click on the upper left corner of the client Plus sign (+).
- Select WhatsApp to enter the account connection page.
- The default scanning method will display the QR code on the computer. First confirm that the current page belongs to the account slot to be connected, and then perform the next step on the mobile phone.
3A. Use the "linked device" of your mobile phone to scan the QR code #
| mobile OS | Operation path |
|---|---|
| iPhone | WhatsApp → Settings → Linked devices → Linked devices |
| Android | WhatsApp → More options → Link device → Link device |
Follow the prompts on your phone to complete identity confirmation, and use the QR code scanning portal in WhatsApp to scan the QR code on your computer. When the QR code expires, re-obtain the QR code of the current page and scan it again. Do not forward the login QR code to others.
3B. Use phone number pairing instead when needed #
- Select on the related page Log in with phone number (Log in using phone number).
- Select a country or region, enter the WhatsApp number you want to link, and follow the prompts on the page to continue.
- The account user opens the settings or more options of WhatsApp on the mobile phone, enters "Linked Devices" and starts linking, selects "Link with phone number instead", and enters the linking code displayed on the computer page this time. Follow the phone prompts to complete the confirmation.
The manual shows version-specific instructions for a fixed pairing code, and this help does not treat it as a universal login credential. Do not use the code in the old screenshot directly for the current account.
4. Check the connection status #
- Confirm the new device in the phone's linked device list.
- Confirm to enter the WhatsApp conversation interface on the computer.
- Send a new message to the specified test contact and view responses in the same conversation.
Not all historical chats appear, which does not directly mean that the connection failed. Check again when you need historical information Message synchronization. If you are still offline after the network is restored, you can check using the "Refresh All" entry provided by the client; refreshing does not guarantee the recovery of expired authorizations or disabled accounts.
Applicability of other login methods #
The manual also lists the "protocol-based account" and the admin console import method. This type of access requires the administrator to confirm account information, authorization and corresponding function entrances, and is not part of the QR code scanning process of this introductory tutorial. The manual does not provide complete import fields and validation rules. Please use the current page template and check it with the administrator.
Check your result
- The corresponding device appears in the phone's linked device list.
- Enter the corresponding WhatsApp conversation interface on the computer, and then complete sending and receiving a new message.
According to pages 1, 2, 3, and 38 of the "2026-SalesEpoch Operation Manual".
Menus and features may vary by client version or account access. Follow the current interface and verify critical workflows with a test account first.
