Before you start
- The administrator has bulk messaging management rights, and the executive team member has logged in to WhatsApp on the required client.
- The customer has agreed to receive this information and has prepared a small number of internal test customers and reviewed materials.
- The execution terminals supported by the current version have been checked; the main text of the manual explains the WaChat mobile terminal, and the PC sending method also appears in the screenshot.
Where to find it
SalesEpoch admin console → bulk messaging management → target group management / service account group management / bulk messaging public configuration / bulk messaging order
Prepare receiving objects and sending accounts #
- Import this customer in "Target Group Management", organize the information according to the current template and set a group name for easy identification.
- Create an executive account group in "Customer Service Account Group Management" and check the team member and work purpose of each WhatsApp account.
- Enter "bulk messaging public configuration" and check the daily maximum number of senders, sending mode and sending intervals for different targets.
The destination group indicates "to whom it is sent to", and the service account group indicates "to whom it is sent". Don't mix the two. The sending mode can be configured with multi-number polling, single-number quick dialing or multiple numbers in parallel, but any mode and time interval do not constitute a guarantee that the platform limits risks.
Create task schedules and send targets #
- Create a new task in "bulk messaging order" and fill in the order name that reflects the business and batch.
- Check the sending method and start time; the execution end and scheduling are subject to the actual options on the current page.
- Select an existing goal group in the goal settings, or use the template on this page to import goals.
- In the sending number configuration, select the specified account, account group, or specified team member to check the expected number of sending targets.
- Confirm that the recipient and execution account belong to the scope of this task, and then continue to set the materials.
Add material and start execution #
- Select the message type and fill in the content; you can use text, pictures, videos, or files depending on the task.
- Check the format and size prompts of the current interface when uploading materials. When there is a text description field, check whether the attachment needs to be accompanied by a description.
- Use the add message entry when multiple messages are needed, and check whether the content combination is complete.
- If you still need to review, select "Save Draft"; after preparation, review the goal, account, start time and all materials, and then select "Confirm to Start".
Run a narrow task against the specified test contacts first, checking identities, variables, and material content before using the confirmed account scope.
Check task results #
Return to the order list to view the status and task data, and enter relevant details to check the actual execution status. The results are different if the task is created, starts execution, the message is sent successfully, and the customer responds after receiving it. The manual does not provide all status definitions, failed retry rules or offline resumption rules; when the account is offline, the scope is wrong, or the execution is abnormal, check the details first and do not create the same task repeatedly. The "no management required" description in the materials is not a substitute for routine inspections.
Check your result
- The contents of target grouping and execution account grouping are accurate.
- The draft or order list shows the correct tasks and the settings are consistent with the review content.
- The internal test contact person receives the correct materials, and the task results can correspond to the test.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between target grouping and service account grouping?
The target group is the customers who receive this message; the service account group is the WhatsApp account responsible for sending.
Is this bulk messaging only available on mobile phones?
The main text of the manual explains the execution of the WaChat mobile version, and the order screenshots also appear in the PC mode. The current account version and sending method options should prevail. This page does not promise that all accounts will support both ends at the same time.
Will increasing the sending interval not be subject to platform restrictions?
There is no such guarantee. Parameters should be set according to actual service needs and corporate policies, and sent only to customers who have agreed to receive relevant information.

Menus and features may vary by client version or account access. Follow the current interface and verify critical workflows with a test account first.
