Before you start

  • The current account has permission to view and export relevant business data.
  • The business scope, customer scope and time scope to be exported have been clarified.

Where to find it
Business page → Export; download location: SalesEpoch admin console → SCRM management → Data export list

Initiate the export from the required data page #

  1. First enter the business page that needs to be exported, such as customer information or chat history page.
  2. Check the current filter conditions, target customers and time range to ensure that the data required for this job is exported.
  3. Click "Export" on this page. The fields and ranges provided by different business pages may be different, and the current export window shall prevail.
  4. Record the business type and operation time of this export to facilitate the identification of files in the unified list later.

The data export list is responsible for summarizing results; it cannot replace filtering operations in business pages. Do not submit multiple identical tasks in a row without confirming the export scope.

Find results in unified list #

  1. Enter "SCRM Management → Data Export List".
  2. Locate the export task just now based on "File Name", "Task Name" and "Creation Time".
  3. Check "Status". In the manual example, the downloadable results have a status of "Complete".
  4. Click "Download" on the corresponding line and follow the browser prompts to save to the file location allowed by the enterprise.
  5. Open the downloaded file and check whether the content type and time range are consistent with the required information before using it for subsequent work.

How to tell if you have found the right file #

There may be multiple files for the same business, so you cannot just look at the task name. Check the creation time and file name, especially when multiple people share the admin console and export multiple times on the same day. A successful download only means that the file has been saved. You should also check that the content covers the correct customer and date.

The manual does not explain the storage period of export results, the limit on the number of downloads, the time it takes to generate a task, the range of file formats, or the retry mechanism after failure. These items should be subject to the prompts on the current page; this help page does not promise that the export will be completed immediately.

No file or incorrect download content #

  1. First confirm that you have submitted "Export" on the business page before, instead of just opening the list.
  2. Check whether you are logged in to the correct company and administrator account, and whether you have permission to view the task.
  3. If there is a task but it has not been completed, check the current status and page prompts, and do not regard it as an available result yet.
  4. If the file can be downloaded but the range is incorrect, return to the original business page to check the filtering conditions and re-export, and distinguish between old and new tasks.

Exported files may contain customer or chat data. When describing a problem to colleagues or customer service, just provide the business type, task time and status. If necessary, take screenshots to hide the real number and chat content.

Check your result

  • Tasks corresponding to the business and creation time appear in the data export list.
  • The target task status is completed and there is a download entrance.
  • The downloaded file can be opened, and the data range for spot check is consistent with the export requirements.

Frequently asked questions

After I clicked Export, why didn’t I see the downloaded file immediately?

The export results will be concentrated in the "Data Export List". First find the corresponding task and check the status, and then use this line to download the entry; the manual does not give a fixed generation time.

The wrong time range was exported, can it be modified in the download list?

The information on this page does not describe the function of modifying existing files. You should return to the original business page to check the filter conditions, and then initiate an export of the correct range.

What should I do if team members cannot see the data export list?

Let the administrator first check the function permissions and business data permissions; do not use other people's administrator accounts to replace permission configurations.
