View member information and changes #
- First enter the corresponding group or member page and locate the target group or target number according to the available conditions.
- Check the area, number status, whether you are in the group, the number of times you have joined the group, and the time you entered and left the group.
- When you need to view changes over a period of time, use the time range provided on the page to compare the number of people joining the group with the number of people leaving the group.
- Check the selected date and account range to avoid direct comparison of data under different filter conditions.
When a member leaves the group, it means that the group relationship has changed, and it does not mean that the member agrees to receive new private message marketing. Subsequent contact should be based on the existing service relationship and the other party's contact preferences.
Correctly understand deduplication and number of participations #
The group member ranking list will summarize cross-group members, and the same member will only be displayed once when he joins multiple groups. This page is suitable for checking the size of independent members and cannot be directly equated to the number of people in a certain group. The group membership list displays the groups the customer has joined, the number of times they have joined the group, the time they first joined the group, and the number of times they have spoken, to help understand the participation status.
- Check the weight list when you need an independent number of people.
- When you need to determine the participation status of a specific group, go back to the group entry list or group log.
- Open relevant group data for review of individual abnormal records, and do not rely solely on summary numbers.
How to troubleshoot differences in statistics #
First check three differences: whether the statistical objects are the same, whether the de-emphasis chart is used, and whether the time range is consistent. When the same member spans multiple groups, it is possible that the sum of the number of people in each group is different from the number of people in the ranking list; the same member entering and exiting the group multiple times cannot be directly regarded as multiple new customers. The manual does not explain the time scale, synchronization time points, or counting rules for the number of speeches for all indicators. It cannot guarantee that the data is real-time and complete, and it is not appropriate to judge customer intentions based on only a small amount of data.
Check your result
- Corresponding member information and available logs can be found from the target group or number.
- The same account and time range are used when comparing data.
- The number of people in the group, cross-group independent members and the number of group entries have been distinguished.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the sum of the total number of group members greater than the number of people on the ranking list?
The same member may join multiple groups. The ranking list will combine duplicate members across groups and display them, and the number of people in each group will be counted according to their respective groups.
Is the number of group entries the number of new customers?
No. The same member may join the group repeatedly or join multiple groups at the same time. It needs to be judged based on the ranking list and the record range.
Can we automatically determine customer dissatisfaction based on withdrawal records?
No. Dropping out of the group is just a record of behavior, and the reasons need to be supported by other information, and customer satisfaction or purchase intention should not be directly inferred.
